Fresh wild truffles from the forests of the Sava and Drina
White, burgundy and summer truffles, harvested with dogs in the riverine forests of Bosnia and Serbia, sorted on the day of harvest and shipped from the EU within 24–48 hours — direct to importers, distributors and restaurants.

Our truffles
Five species, one origin: the floodplain forests of the Sava and Drina
The white truffle of the Sava is the same species as the Piedmont white truffle — Tuber magnatum — growing under poplar, willow and oak in the riverine forests of Semberija, Posavina and Srem. Every lot is graded by size and quality and labelled with harvest date and area.

| Species | Season | Grades | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| White truffleTuber magnatum Pico | mid-September – mid-January · peak October–November | Extra: over 50 g, whole, unblemished · First: 20–50 g · Second: 8–20 g or lightly marked | Used raw, shaved over warm dishes. Our season opens two to four weeks before the Italian one. |
| Burgundy truffleTuber uncinatum | September – December | First: over 20 g · Second: 10–20 g · pieces | Hazelnut and forest floor; tolerates cooking. The autumn truffle for the restaurant kitchen. |

| BianchettoTuber borchii | January – April | First: over 15 g · Second | Fills the gap after the white season. |
| Black winter truffleT. melanosporum · T. brumale | December – March | by lot | Limited wild quantities; on request. |
Quality and traceability
Documented from the forest to your invoice
The quality of a wild truffle is decided in the first hours after it leaves the ground. That is why we sort on the day of harvest, keep the cold chain unbroken and document every lot.
Sorted the day it is found
Hand-brushed, soil-free, graded by size and quality on the day of harvest. Every lot carries harvest date, harvest area and grade.
An unbroken cold chain
2–4 °C from the collection point to dispatch, with a temperature log for every lot. No dry ice, no freezing, no washing.
Laboratory report per lot
Radioactivity (Cs-137) report issued in Bosnia and Herzegovina for every lot, meeting EU and Japanese limits; species declared; phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires it.
Origin you can trace
Harvest permits, registered pickers and a harvest diary per lot. Certificate of origin with every shipment; EUR.1 for EU customers.
From forest to kitchen
Five steps, two to four days
Harvest with trained dogs
Local pickers with dogs in the forests of Semberija, Posavina, Srem and Fruška gora. Holes are refilled; the truffle bed keeps producing.
